TRAINING

Running will be held on a weekly basis – due to covid restrictions the times/dates may vary from week to week. All running sessions will be held will meet at the Esplanade car park in Broughty Ferry. Sessions are mixed week to week and can be adapted to suit those attending, an example would be:

  • Week 1 – Short Reps
  • Week 2 – Long Reps
  • Week 3 – Interval Running
  • Week 4 – Hill Reps

All are welcome no matter whether you think you’re too fast or too slow. There will be at least 1 coach in attendance each week – however, it is an attend at own risk session.

Cycling

M3 Saturday Gardyne Rd Spin 8am -9am. A coached spin class session, now with coffee and cake afterward. This is vigorous spin class runs in the winter.

In the Summer and Autumn there is ad hoc cycling in the Angus countryside typically on a Wednesday and at the weekends. This is subject to change and is not a coached session.

Swimming

The sessions run from 7:30 pm to 8:30pm .

Lanes are graded for speed and a swim session plan will be provided on the night. You will need to be able to swim at least a few lengths to attend, and there is usually at least one coach present to give advice on technique and provide tips for improvement. There is a £4 charge (plus Spond transaction fee) for each swim session.
