Are you curious about Triathlons but not sure where to start?
Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or a complete beginner, our friendly and experienced coaches will guide you through the basics of swimming, cycling, and running. Our members are incredibly welcoming and always ready to share their passion for the sport. This is a fantastic opportunity to meet like-minded individuals, improve your fitness, and discover the thrill of triathlons in a supportive and fun environment. Come along, give it a try, and see if triathlon is the sport for you! The first month of your membership with us is considered a “Taster” so if you contact us within 31 days of joining to say you’ve decided not to continue, we’ll refund the membership fee paid – just message the membership secretary via Spond to do this. (There are small charges for some of the training sessions payable on booking, which are not refundable.)
How to Sign Up?
Just join us via Spond – https://m3triclub.com/join-us and once your Taster Membership is active you’ll have immediate access to all upcoming training sessions. (It can take several days to activate so try to allow a week or more between applying and attending for your first session if possible.)
All we Ask!
Here’s what you’ll need for each session:
- Swim Session: Bring appropriate swimwear, goggles, and a swim cap. If you have a wetsuit, it can be useful for open water sessions.
- Bike Session: Ensure you have a bike in good working condition, a helmet, and a water bottle. Cycling gloves and padded shorts can also enhance your comfort, along with Cycling glasses. It is also your responsibility to check your bike is in working order.
- Run Session: Wear comfortable running shoes and attire suitable for the weather. A water bottle is also recommended.
Safety is our priority, so please ensure you wear a helmet during cycling sessions.
