Are you curious about Triathlons but not sure where to start?

Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or a complete beginner, our friendly and experienced coaches will guide you through the basics of swimming, cycling, and running. Our members are incredibly welcoming and always ready to share their passion for the sport. Plus, we offer new individuals the chance to try a swim, a bike, and a run session before committing to join. These sessions are a fantastic opportunity to meet like-minded individuals, improve your fitness, and discover the thrill of triathlons in a supportive and fun environment. Come along, give it a try, and see if triathlon is the sport for you!

How to Sign Up?

All we Ask!

Here’s what you’ll need for each session:

  • Swim Session: Bring appropriate swimwear, goggles, and a swim cap. If you have a wetsuit, it can be useful for open water sessions.
  • Bike Session: Ensure you have a bike in good working condition, a helmet, and a water bottle. Cycling gloves and padded shorts can also enhance your comfort, along with Cycling glasses. It is also your responsibility to check your bike is in working order.
  • Run Session: Wear comfortable running shoes and attire suitable for the weather. A water bottle is also recommended.

Safety is our priority, so please ensure you wear a helmet during cycling sessions.
